PASOS (Policy Association for an Open Society) offers internships for three to six months at the PASOS Secretariat in Prague, Czech Republic, to highly motivated individuals to assist the association with the implementation of its mission and associated projects and events.

Required experience and skills:
• Experience of, or interest in, working with a think-tank, NGO, or international governmental organisation on public policy/governance/human rights/economic development issues
• Knowledge of the CIS, Balkans, or Central Europe, and EU affairs
• Good written and spoken English. A working knowledge of Czech and/or other major European languages (Russian, French, German, Spanish) is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, including Excel)
• Good analytical skills and good telephone manner
The internship position is usually unpaid. An ad hoc remuneration can be provided depending on ongoing project funding but is not guaranteed.
