Democratic Solidarity – this time in Brazil!
On March 25-27, 2020, the Forum 2000 Foundation will organize the fifth edition of the Democratic Solidarity Conference, this time in São Paulo, Brazil. The meeting will focus on the continuing challenge of populism in Latin America, discuss the recent wave of civic protests, that can serve both as an inspiration and as a warning, as well as look into the growing influence of China in the region.

NGO Market 2020: It’s up to us!
NGO Market 2020, the largest NGO fair in Central Europe, will take place on April 22, 2020, from 11 am to 19 pm at Forum Karlín. The twenty-first NGO Market will be held under the motto ‘It’s up to us!’. Active civil society is a key element of any functioning democracy, and anyone of us can – and should – take part!
