EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Enlargement would like to invite you to a half-day panel discussion on ‘The role of the EU and the Czech Republic in the Western Balkans: Perspectives on the Enlargement process’ which will be held on the 17th of October 2014 on the premises of the European House in Prague.
The first session “The role of the IPA in the Balkans” will examine the positive impact of the EU’s pre-accession assistance projects in improving socio-economic conditions in the Western Balkans. The second session “The Czech perspective on cooperation” will focus on the current status of the EU Enlargement debate in the Czech Republic.
Participants are also cordially invited to join the speakers for a networking lunch at the conclusion of the panel discussion. The working language will be English.
