AMO presents its 10th edition of Agenda for Czech Foreign Policy. The authorscriticize the President’s behavior and the lack of strategic thinking of the foreign policy elites. On the other hand, they appreciate Czech relations with South Korea and start of the strategic dialogue with Germany. Overall the Research Fellows grades the Czech foreign policy with C+ and recommends to our diplomacy that it should support the Schengen area, encourage Ukraine and strengthen the position of the NATO. The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) will have a positive impact on the Czech Republic bringing GDP and wage growth and slight increase of economy specialization of our economy. Read the English executive summary of the study co-authored by Alice Rezková and Kryštof Kruliš, which has been conducted in order to assess the potential benefits and threats of the agreement of TTIP for the Czech Republic (the full text in Czech is here). The study was commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
