The non-profit organization Dahlia, z.s. was founded in response to the growing threat to liberal democratic values in the countries of the Eastern Partnership, the Balkans, and some European Union countries. Our goal is to support the resilience of civil societies in these regions against authoritarian pressures, while also supporting human rights defenders in places where democracy, human rights, and civil liberties are already in decline.
