Invitation to a public lecture- LIBERATING LEADERSHIP: FREEDOM AT WORK

Association for International Affairs takes a great pleasure in inviting you to the lecture  “Liberating Leadership: Freedom at Work” delivered by Isaac Getz, Professor at ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Paris.

Professor Getz is a world-renowned expert in the field of company management and the author of the acclaimed Freedom Inc. He has long been interested in the businesses, whose company culture is based on freedom, autonomy, and self-management. The success stories of the companies like IKEA, Google, Harley&Davidson and others indicate that a traditional hierarchical model based on command and control may not be an optimum way of using the human resources.

This lecture opens the fourth year of the Czech-German Young Professionals Program (CGYPP), the project of the Association for International Affairs aiming at building dialog between young active people from both Germany and Czech Republic.

The lecture will be followed with gala reception on which you are cordially invited as well.

Please, confirm your participation by November 9 to Vaclav Bacovsky at vaclav.bacovsky@amo.cz.
