The lecture is organized as part of the KAPUSCINSKI LECTURES series

RICHARD MANNING is an independent consultant on international development,
Chair of the Board of the Institute of Development Studies and Vice-Chair of the BBC World Service Trust.

The lecture will be followed by a debate. Speakers include
