ISLAM, GENDER AND DEMOCRATIZATION IN INDONESIA
In their presentations, the speakers will try to find answers to questions such as what impact the changes that are currently taking place in Indonesia have on its foreign policy, whether Islam and democracy exclude one another, what status women have in the Islamic societies or what role they play in Indonesian politics.
