FORGING STRONGER TIES IN THE ERA OF EU ASEAN REGIONALISM

The main purpose of this international seminar is to commemorate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Czech Republic and Malaysia and to evaluate their past developments and future prospects mainly in the context of the broader inter-regional relations between the European Union and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
It aims to define main gaps in Czech-Malaysian cooperation and bring forward new ways of strengthening the relationship. This task will be taken up by distinctive guests from both diplomatic and academic areas.
