One of the biggest levers of the regime is economic uncertainty. Belorussians receive fines that they can hardly pay on their own; they are expelled from employment, from flats, from schools; expensive media are confiscated from the media and astronomical fines are imposed. Association Civic Belarus therefore activates a public fundraiser to help victims of these repressions.
