Citizens and their expectations from the EU: a need for recalibration?

We would like to invite you to the International Conference organized by EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy in cooperation with Institut Français des Relations Internationales (IFRI), held under the auspices of the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jan Hamáček and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Lubomír Zaorálek.

The theme of the conference will be “Citizens and their expectations from the EU: a need for recalibration?”, and it will take place on March 16, 2016 from 9h00 in the Large Hall of the Czernin Palace (Loretánské náměstí 5, Prague).

Keynote speech will be given by the Political Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Professor Petr Drulák and the topics of the three panel discussion will be:

  • Do Europeans still like others?
  • To search for growth
  • How to strengthen the EU in member states?
