A coalition of NGOs demanding respect for human rights in foreign policy, of which Forum 2000 is a part, has received a letter from the Office of Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka regarding the Czech stance towards Tibet and China. In response, we remain concerned over the course of Czech foreign policy in this matter and call on the Czech Republic and our political representation to engage representatives of civil society in this debate.
