Join the international conference on security and future of the EU, which will take place on 12.-13. May at the Prague Castle and Czernin Palace in Prague.
It is with great honour that we announce that the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel will deliver the opening speech at Prague Castle.
As a leader with deep experience in security and diplomacy, President Pavel will open a debate on how Europe can remain united, resilient and proactive in today’s unstable world. His strategic perspective will set the framework for discussions on Europe’s role in addressing security issues and global power shifts.
President Pavel will be joined at the opening by the Special Adviser to the President of the European Commission, former President of Finland Sauli Niinistö.
He will share his reflections on Europe’s changing security environment and the need for unity and strategic foresight at a time of increasing tension.
We are also pleased to welcome Teresa Ribera, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for a Clean, Fair and Competitive Transition, who will deliver the keynote speech.
As a pioneer in green policy and sustainable development, Teresa Ribera will bring insights on how energy and climate strategies can strengthen Europe’s competitiveness and resilience.
